VERSO

VERSO is an Italian collective of young professionals engaged in social architecture projects and international cooperation.

Formed in 2014 as a university association, under the name of Universud, with the aim of investigating issues related to urban informality and stimulating debate through exhibitions, workshops and conferences, in the last two years it has turned its attention mainly to projects in the field.

Working in marginal contexts, both nationally and internationally, in collaboration with associations and NGOs, VERSO proposes architectural solutions aimed at overcoming urban poverty and social exclusion, through a design that promotes community participation, environmental sustainability and the use of local materials and techniques, but above all the social sustainability of the project, while respecting the local context and communities.
