LIVEINSLUMS

Liveinslums is a non-governmental organization, founded in 2008 based in Milan, which carries out humanitarian projects in developing countries, focusing its efforts on urban areas.

It operates in international cooperation projects and development programs in the slums of the world, urban settlements in most cases not recognized in terms of rights, where poverty, marginalization and discrimination are concentrated, but where there are also important resources for economic growth and the development of cities.

Liveinslums carries out urban regeneration actions on various levels involving professional figures belonging to different disciplinary fields: architects, agronomists, landscapers, sociologists, anthropologists, documentary filmmakers, designers, photographers and artists.
